Faith Simunyu, MS, CMI

Faith is a board-certified biomedical illustrator who combines deep scientific knowledge with artistic principles and cutting-edge design elements to create scientific visuals in the form of 2D/3D  illustrations; rendering science accurately, beautifully and comprehensibly across audiences. During her undergraduate studies in Biochemistry, she found a strong interest in the visual communication of science and medicine. She went on to obtain her Master of Science in Biomedical Visualization at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she learned the foundation and advanced application of effective visual communication in the biomedical sciences. This includes understanding the target audience and visualizing scientific material to suit the audience needs.
